The governor of New Jersey pleads innocence to the misbehavior of his staff and associates. He says he was blindsided and did not know anything about the bridge innocent. Of course, it is hard to challenge him on that assertion. There is always communication faults and break downs. However, the ethic comes from the top. It is improbable that his staff and associates would grossly violate the governor’s ethic. But, that could happen too, it’s just seems improbable.
